As I read on in the discussion I have more questions about this aura thing. You offer a web site to excersie this aura seeing practice. Can you tell me the benifit of seeing auras? I'm still unclear of what they are? Silly JILLY wants to know. Hugs JILLY

I dont have any tips to offer. But I sure would love for you to elaborate on this. What does an aura look like? When you say you see your daughter...is it a light around her or do you see here in a different form? Has she pasted or is she still with you? I'm unclear exactly what you are seeing. Are you actually seeing it in reality or in a dream? Are you feeling a certain way when you see it? Just wondering...I am always looking to learn something new. Thank you and blessings JILLY

Hi Jilly , I can only answer you from my experience and like you I am a novice at auras too!!.My daughter is very much alive she is teething at the moment, so she is dealing with that.What I saw what not in a dream but around her in my real vision as real as I would see a chair or a tree.The first colour was when she moved her arm it was around her arm and the second was when she put her hand to her face it appeared around a part of her face the eye/cheek bone area.I have read that an aura can express how a person feels and their personality so I suppose the benefit could be that it is a way of communicating without words and maybe being able to help people who may be troubled or unwell.Perhaps a way of connecting with people.I am not sure but as I am seeing this I realise that there is a reason for it.I believe that we all have the potential to see all kinds of things and somehow I am opening up to this.I do not try it just happens.The interesting thing is that I was so interested in what the meaning of these colours were that when I found out each time the colour I had seen matched the person and there personality, which I wont go into as that is private to them.I have seen a very dull aura around a person.I have seen the most vivid and bright around my daughter and around another person it stretched out around him around five feet from his head to around his shoulders it was fascinating. As for am I feeling anything at the time....I can not say I was aware that I was but perhaps that triggers it.I will think about that next time it happens.lots of love to you x

Hi createfate, I took up Elle Bs advise about the website and checked it out.I thought it looked good and there are exercises to try on there. You might find it helpful.xxx
