The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I would like to address the Meditation aspect of the Law of Attraction and what roll it plays in manifesting.
I have been reading about the Law of Pure Potential. Through SILENCE, through MEDITATION, and through NONJUDGEMENT, you will access this LAW. Through this SILENCE, intention will ripple across the Universe.
Imagine throwing a stone in a still pond and watching it ripple.
If you don’t experience the stillness, your mind will be like a turbulent ocean and you would not ever notice a building being thrown into it.
So you see, being Still, in Silence is important for manifesting. You want to be able to see the gentle ripples of your intention. You want to avoid turbulence. Some of us refer to the Universe as Our GOD. In the bible it is written. Be still and know that I AM GOD.
I would like to hear your comments on this and how many of you actually sit in SILENCE for 30 min twice a day? I’m working on it. I am also working on a 21 day habit change to be non judgmental of anyone or anything.

Just wanted to acknowledge that I read this and will think about what you said.....Very interesting....
I agree. It is very interesting and I remember reading something about this, thank you for posting.
Hello again!
I sit in silence several hours a day, but it is not a meditation, rather work. It is a challenge to sit in silenceand meditate, after a bus and active day, when your thoughts are runnng around you;)
I tried to do it, sit in silence and observe my thoughts. I read about it, and also about the role of intuition, and that you should let your thoughts flow, flow, flow...I think it can lead to good things.
21 days without judging is a real challenge for me. I think that we all judge, at least in our thoughts, it is the question of uttering the judgement, isn't it? From evolutinary point of view, our race, as well as other races would have died if it wasnt for judgement..........in my humble opinion.
However, I think that it is a fantastic idea not to judge for at least 21 days .........and not to criticize or stop the negative thinking cycle!
It is a great challenge. Today I observed myself as I was communicating, it was interesting, I watched my language.
I will try to live 21 days without judgement and negative thinking! A perfect idea! Thanx
Dear Createfate, Anamaria and Alek, Thank you so much for reading this and commenting your opinion. It is much appreciated. Hugs JILLY
yes, i agree. Sitting in silence can help greatly. It is called the sitting meditation or zazen in zen buddhism. I have tried it and i find that i get new ideas and definitely better and calmer after the 30 min. I keep my apartment very neat and clean. and sometimes what i do is i switch all the lights, and light some candles and some incense and then sit on my couch and just be... I like it... I dont have to do anything.. i find this relaxing. I think i should try to do this everyday... its so hard fitting everything everyday.. teh work cleaning and then exercise/gym. anyway ideally i think i should do all say 5 days a week,,, i'll try to do this exercise everyday now...even if its for 15 min...will let you know how it went.

Could you tell me more about the other methods u use for achieving your goals .today is my day 33 Season 1. Only 1 goal out of may be 10 got manifested. but it was a tiny tiny goal. I am working hard towards my others. I know I will get all my main goals accomplished by the day 100. By hook or by Crook !! lol Give me some ideas please..
It's so funny Jilly that I was looking for the discussion that you recommend me to read a few weeks back, then I got an e-mail that you've written a comment on my blog. I will choose to meditate everyday. This was something that I just didn't commit to. I just listened to a book by Deepak Chopra ( I hope I spelled him name right?) about meditating for 30 minutes in the morning and before you go to bed. I WILL MEDITATE TONIGHT! I use to listen to Lilou's meditations on youtube for 10 minutes. That's a good start if you can't right out do the 30 minute meditations. There were a couple of times when I did meditate that I felt as if I was floating off the ground. What a experience. I'm not sure what that is.
Hi Theresa, For some reason the Universal Law brought you back to this discussion. The law of attraction at work. Interesting?...Maybe one day in the near furture you will come back and share with us all why it did...Love you,Jilly
I think judgment is useful in some ways like getting a feel for our preferences, like for example if I wouldn't judge an experience as bad I wouldn't know that I wanted something else so I try to look for the positive in this and if some people wouldn't feel as you know less than ideal I would not know how I love to be or how I would love to have people be around me, things like those. So the things I finding myself feeling judgemental about I use that, turn that into something good by changing my focus and deciding new things since I can never control anyone else anyway, my judgment only serves me as far as deciding what I want to have in my life or working on my negative aspects.

I usually have a hard time sitting down and meditating because I am one of those people who always has something to do, some task, always going after something and stopping feels crazy when I think of all the things I need to achieve but I am working on focusing on the benefits of meditation, everything it can bring into my life, surely in time I will really get into that, I've been using guided meditations and trances so far, because having music or something to focus on does help.

Is 20-30 minutes okay or is going a bit further like one hour better?
i didnt know about this technique of refreshing our minds...i guess it would be great doing it!
i'll do this SILENCE thing tonight
thnkx u made me know about a gr8 thing..hope to get good out of it!
good luck!
Dear Worthy, I wrote this some time ago and since then I have practiced meditation. The video of lilou on my page has helped me a lot. Blessings Jilly
