The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Hi i would like to see anyones opinion on how to get back on your feet after a not so good happening in your life. well in my case i feel like i fell of the wagon and im having a hard time getting up but its hard for me to be the positive person i use to be. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do when you feel stuck?

Regardless of the situation you are in, you can accomplish a great deal by two simple things: the first is to be grateful for all the good things that are happening in your life and around you. The second thing is by visualizing/intending a better life/situation/what-have-you and taking whatever small action you can towards your goals/dreams/aspirations.

That's all I can advise with so few details.

Hi Karina .... I compare it with going to war .... you can't win every battle but you can win the war. What i mean is that when things are not going like it should, just pull back, reorganise and go back into the battle. The most important thing is that your goal is very clear and then ..... never ever loose that goal or intention. Stick to it. I know it is not so easy like it seems but also the battles with your ego you have to win ... I have more or less the same goal. I want back that sparkle in my eyes and CCOR already inspired me in a positive way. The most effective way to get some constructive feedback is a videoblog. I was afraid to do this but now I have made already so much videoblogs that you can see already an evolution. But the most important thing I want to say is : YOU ARE NOT ALONE !!! Thank you so much for your kind words and im putting myself on the road to get the things i want and m so happy to be doing it. It surprises me to know how happy i feel and i just cant get enough of it!!! =)
Thanks Andy I appreciate your words. Im also having trouble on what to choose for a major/career while im in college.Its driving me nots and im trying to figure it out now before school starts. Any suggestions or ideas guys??!!

Think back of your most succesfull moments, moments where you felt great ... what was your attitude, behaviour, talents, values ??? Now think of a situation where you have no single financial problem, an ideal world where everything is possible .... take those talents and what would you do in that ideal world ??? Put all this info in a personal mission and this could give you answers what goal you want to reach. You know now what goal and the "how" is your choice which track you are going to follow. Good luck !!!
meditate on different choices that you have and the ones that give you that happy feeling, or what i like to call the warm fuzzy feeling lol write them down then jot down the positives about them keep going down the list and really feel, and visualize them. Each one write pos/neg the ones with the most postive are the ones you keep remember the things that bring you joy and what aspects would get you to your goal. Hopefully this helps, its so different writing to people and not being face to face...:)
Maybe I'm wrong but when we feel stuck its sometimes due to things that we can't control so in your way sit down and think about the things you do have control over and enhance them, put more into the things you can control and the things you can't control will diminish over time. You will be only giving good and in return get good back. When you allow the things that you can't control power you you began to have no control at all and we all have something even small that we can control the outcome like our reactive mind.
Hi Karina, just thought id stop by and congradulate you for asking that question. Some ppl will stay stuck sometimes without seeking help anywhere. That fact that you have asked ,you are now being given answers here and im sure there are going to be sign all over the place that will eventualy lead you to what it is you will do from here on in.

Yes, you will come up against blocks, and most often, they are internal. Perhaps the Law of Allowing will help you in this case. Is there an emotion or situation within yourself that you are just trying to ignore, push back? Accept this, allow yourself to feel these emotions, and then you will be able to move on. Also, don't be too hard on yourself, love yourself for who you are, and love the world for what it is.

Thank you for your response Ghislaine it really touched me and made me realize that i am blocking myself because there are times in certain situations that i feel im not good enough for certain things so i dont go through with them but being that i've quti the job that made so miserable and deoressed im taking time for myself and trying to get to that place where i can be happy again and continue to smile like ive been for a while:-)
