We all take great care in our daily lives to be mindful of what we do. We avoid being careless at all cost, knowing that the consequences of our actions can bring unwanted, even unsafe results.
Some examples that come to mind are:
Leaving a baby unattended.
Drinking and driving.
Driving with out a seatbelt.
Paying cash for something and not getting a receipt.
The list is never ending and the obvious lending to such acts can bring about unwanted consequences for our safety.
I looked up the word careless to see what a definition might look like.
Here are a few explanations of "Careless".
Reckless, Neglectful, Negligent. "Thoughtless" popped up along side all of them.
Realizing that being careless is to be somewhat negligent, why is it that we are careless/negligent when we THINK?
Knowing that the Law of Attraction responds to our thoughts, isn't it imperative to be mindful/careful about what we think?
Would you ask for a peach when you really wanted an apple?
When we think something we need to be mindful of the consequence that will come as a result. And yes, consequences will come.
I have asked myself not to be careless.
