commitment
anyone have any ideas on how to improve commitment to a thing..i just started telling my aunt about this site in order to like..improve my own commitment to this journey...any ideas?

Make it fun and easy. For example, for years I wanted to do yoga daily...but I would try to do an hour, and I never did it. When I made it 10 minutes, I started to do it every day, cos I could do that with ease. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself, find the place where you WANT to do whatever it is you want to commit to, it is fun and it is easy...and you will do it! .xx
