The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Hello all,

Throughout my challenge so far I have taken a sort of free spirit approach to the different practices that one could do. I had intentions to journal, blog, and meditate (among other things) more, but never really placed any restrictions on myself on when, where, how long, how often, etc. But now I find that I I'm not really doing these things in the intensity that I want, but yet I still don't want practices to feel like tasks because I feel that doing that will lesson my desire to practice.

So my question to you all is how do I encourage myself to complete my intended practices without them feeling like and addendum to my already long to-do list? I don't have a type 'A' personality and won't get bent out of shape if I miss a day, or two, or a week. But rather, what I am asking is how do I encourage myself to be consistent, without punishing myself when I'm not. Thank you in advance for all of your help.

Namaste,
Morg

I know for me.. I do what I can.. and try new things or in different ways.. I also no that once I stopped.. I retreated to some neg. behaviours.. So I needs to get use to all of this and make it as Regular, and Fun Part of my life.. Like Having Fun brushing my teeth.. or Cross Training on several Fun Exercises!! But to Keep Positive Actions, and Creativity//Momentum Going.....

with me I find that if I don't track my food every day ( most important) then I tend to eat things I normally would if I was. Blogging or making videos for has been other ways to get support other then when I can't or don't get it from home. I find that it does help because I get the support from people that understand. These people also understand that I am a new mom with an 8 month old little boy at home and sometimes it is a day or two or even a week before I can update. do what you need to do to make this work for you. Also for me I find that writing is a way for me to vent or to be accountable if I haven't had a good day whether it be with my eating water or exercise. Don't beat yourself up. Sometimes we need a break from the out side world and have to do what we need to. And as Kelly said try new things to make them more interesting and fun. good luck with every thing Angie
