The 100 Day Reality Challenge

OK I have a few problems.

1) I love diet Pepsi. Have been trying to give it up can go three to four weeks with out it and then all of a sudden start drinking it again

2) eating junk food like chips and chocolate bars. I just ate an aero bar and a mars bar right after the other. wasn't really hungry just was craving them.

how do you all get past the temptation and the cravings any advice welcome.

Have you heard of EFT? look it u if you haven't it works wonders on cravings!! there are a few tap-along videos on youtube that you can try and a lot of starter videos too... I am the same with chocolate, cookies and chips.... I stopped drinking soda I think years ago...anyway don't get disencouraged if it looks and feels silly, try it out for a week and see how you feel....
