Guided Meditation --- Helppp!
Hi Co-creators!
So here I am: day one, season 1 of the 100 day reality challenge. I would like to get started on including meditation into my practices, but where to start?
I'm sorry if I missed anything while browsing the site but if anyone has any suggestions for great guided meditations, please let me know. Links to audio, video, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
