The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Just want to see how you all think about this and if you are experiencing something similar. I have been monitoring my thoughts for a few weeks now and working on improving everything. So, I have all these things I want to do, and for the past few days I have been feeling overwhelmed and always thinking i have to do this, i have to do that & in sometimes i get really excited about my goals and I feel I want them now. Some goals are kinda big so they need lot of action and i have been feeling that I am not taking enough action. CAn anyone tell me their thoughts on this? Its not that I am not doing anything, its also not taht Im working all the time, but its just taht since i am more conscious of my thoughts , i have more ideas and therefore ideas i want to act on. Does this ring a bell?

I completely understand where you are coming from. Sounds like me a few months ago actually.

I had so many ideas that I would jump from one to the other and back all the time. Drove me nuts really lol. Then at the end of the day I would feel like I hadn't done anything.

I have been more focused in the last 4weeks then I think I have ever been in my life. My reason was that I knew exactly what I wanted at the end. For me, balance and harmony are my lifes purpose. So I sat down and designed my life according to this purpose.

Once i figured out I wanted to spend 70% of my time with my family and only 30% of it working I am now attracting ways to do this. Same with my financial goals, once I stipulated how much I wanted to earn a year to live the life I wanted for myself and my family, I have attracted people and resources into my life that will bring this about.

The key for me was to be a little more specific. For me, if im not specific about what I ask for from the universe, I got a whole lot of stuff that I cant work out and I end up frustrated.

I use a number of tools, which I had never heard about before, to help me organize some of my thoughts and Ideas. One great tool is a mindmap, if you are unsure about how this works heres a site that offers free mindmaps and even has a tutorial. www.mindomo.com

Any ideas or thought I get during the day I write down, then at the end of the day I add them to my mind map. Once a week I sit down at my desk and look through my mind map. I get rid of ideas that I know I wont do because they don't fit my purpose, or I may know someone that could use the idea I came up with.

Id also suggest you chunk down your ideas and goals. Look at the goal as a whole, then break it down into steps.

Ok, I looked at this mindmap thing. I dont plan on joining. I just looks like one more thing for me to do. Sorry Im not feeling it. Maybe it will be good for some. Or maybe Im not at that stage yet to have a program to orgainize my life. lol. I love the idea though. Good for you Aeroney. Hugs JILLY

Dont worry, it took me a couple of weeks before I could even look at the site after it was suggested to me.

I did try it on paper as well, and goodness was it a mess, I almost ended up with a map that could show every road in Australia.

My only turning point, my 3yr old liked my maps so much he wanted to help draw them up, so I decided a online one would mean I would be able to hide it from little fingers without forgetting where I put it, hehehe.

Anyway, back to my mindmap, I have a days work to schedule and no idea where to start

Does it ever...I thought that was Christmas bells or the door bell. . . LOL I have a wonderful project brewing and it is taking my attention away from my hum drum daily routine. As the project grows it is taking more and more of my time. I know that the time invested will be for the good and I have to push forward to see it manifest. Another wards, it can't go anywhere without me. I must say that I have been a bit more organized lately, which has helped immensely. I just hold firm that since the Universe is delivering, it will also deliver the time I need to give it my attention. When I feel overwhelmed I slow down and step back, sometimes this means that the wrong road is about to be taken. I double check myself and re-evaluate my decision. Most often I was moving to fast and a misstake was about to happen. I too have lot of thoughts that are limps to the main idea that I'm working on. I have had to hold myself back. I just write the idea down for later consideration. Whew! did I just say all that. Love and much success to you...JILLY

I agree with Aeroney on the fact that you have to be specific when you ask for something and send it into the universe. I have noticed that a lot too. if i am not specific it sends me things that are along the lines of what i want but get e a confused. So that is very good advice that i think everyone can benifit from....
