What can we do to live in present time most of the day if we feel that we are stuck?
This is what the Dalai Lama Said! I share his thoughts but what can we do when we are so concerned about paying bills, etc, etc and we need to take care of our family?

Hi Francisco, May I make a suggestion. First stop the negative concern regarding your expenses. Try this approach when paying your espenses. If you have five payments for example. First organize them in order of priority. Then take the first priority and pay it. You will find that once you pay the first priority, the universe will bring to you the means to continue to pay the rest of your expenses. Let go of the idea that they are bills. Look at them as daily or monthly expenses. Hold fast, knowing that the Universe will provide you every need in abundance.
Remember to keep in line with the law of attraction.
Give away what you dont need in your life. Do it with a Happy Heart.
Be excited and grateful for what the Universe has provide. When paying that first expense, do it with excitement.

I am always grateful when I pay bills or expenses, why, well, they are for services rendered of course. If it were not for these wonderful services, I wouldn't be able to talk to people across the world via the internet, nor would I be able to pick up the phone to speak to loved ones.
I am also aware that some of these services are not available everywhere in the world, therefore I am doubly grateful for having them...
