Hello, everyone:

I decided to give this Challenge a try since I'm rapidly gaining weight.
I will stop drinking coke and will start drinking more water. That's it for the moment. I need to think about exercise now.

hi all - feel up to this now as have recently redeveloped an old gym habit - so trying to go three times per week now. This might not seem the same as some, but I'm full time teacher and simply dont have evenings free to go every evening!

hey thats great!! 3 times a week is good!! I am the same I am doing my exercises in the evening before bed, in fact you have just spurred me on again, just finished an assignment so a bit 'chair shaped'!!! Been sat for ages!! So I'm off for a soak, then exercise then bed!! Best of luck!!! XXTaraxx
