Today I had a lot on so I JUST did my 1 mile run and that's all!!! xxx

Got up and did a Super Spin Class...burnt over 500 calories and then ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile!!! This is my friend Fee running next to me...Yeee hah xxx

Hey everybody!

I'm new here and I have to say, that I'm very happy to be here. Megan's videos are amazing! :) This is also my first day of Season 2.

I am 10 kilograms away from my target weight and this is a perfect group for me! I have some back issues, but Yoga really helps. I also love swimming, cycling and hiking. I need to find the will to start working out with weight. It's very boring to me, that's why I always give up quicker.

Do you have any on how to lose fat on my arms and get more muscles besides lifting weights?

One of my goals is to lose 10 kilograms in the next 100 days and I know that I'm goint to make it!

On day 6 of my hundred days. been in the gym every day so far. feeling good, lost half a stone so far as I'm doing the master cleanse with it too. This time the weight is coming off for good :-) keep smiling megan xxx

It is time to get back to the gym, I am gonna have a 2hrs workout, just to keep in shape and no binge eating ever again, but MINDFUL eating;)

I started doing my exercises again, yesterday... hope to keep up the energy and enthusiasm..I did 60 sit ups today, with the other, starting slowly.
