Hey everybody!
I'm new here and I have to say, that I'm very happy to be here. Megan's videos are amazing! :) This is also my first day of Season 2.
I am 10 kilograms away from my target weight and this is a perfect group for me! I have some back issues, but Yoga really helps. I also love swimming, cycling and hiking. I need to find the will to start working out with weight. It's very boring to me, that's why I always give up quicker.
Do you have any on how to lose fat on my arms and get more muscles besides lifting weights?
One of my goals is to lose 10 kilograms in the next 100 days and I know that I'm goint to make it!
