Still trying to eat better, just need to make an effort to actually eat. Ive been drinking sooooo much  water! My skin is getting better and my waist is slimming down. I am thankful for the inspiration to treat my body well.

Okay, I feel pretty good right now. I've been eating basically only natural, whole foods for the past day 1/2. I need to increase my water and actually cook something with my whole foods. Feeling blessed, healthy and slender

I am now  doing  Zumba  and later will start a step class  and   going on the  treadmill   I am starting today  till Forever   Love Kell

Hey everybody!

I'm new here and I have to say, that I'm very happy to be here. Megan's videos are amazing! :) This is also my first day of Season 2.

I am 10 kilograms away from my target weight and this is a perfect group for me! I have some back issues, but Yoga really helps. I also love swimming, cycling and hiking. I need to find the will to start working out with weight. It's very boring to me, that's why I always give up quicker.

Do you have any on how to lose fat on my arms and get more muscles besides lifting weights?

One of my goals is to lose 10 kilograms in the next 100 days and I know that I'm goint to make it!

On day 6 of my hundred days. been in the gym every day so far. feeling good, lost half a stone so far as I'm doing the master cleanse with it too. This time the weight is coming off for good :-) keep smiling megan xxx
