I am new to this group but have been on the weight loss path since last November. I recently relocated and that has thrown my diet and weight loss program off. I gained weight after after the birth of my son which was three years ago. I would like to lose about 40lbs. So I am looking for whatever support I can get.

This is an excellent way to lose weight, and one I used to shed 70 pounds! I went from 248 down 10%at a time, losing 24 pounds in my first 100 days, then 22 in my second 100 days.... Etc. During my third Season, I added a cleansing Shake (meal replacement) and dropped 13 pounds in three weeks, but otherwise kept up the steady pace to complete one year 70 pounds lighter!

I've lost my 10% a few times over. So far I've lost 125. I am at 325 now. I plan on losing 25 pounds by the end of the month. I want to get under the 300 pound mark.

I lost 22 lbs (10 kilograms) in the last 3 months and I so much better.
I WILL lose another 10 kilograms in the next 100 days!
I will try to lose 15 kilograms though! :)

30 pounds in 100 days is very doable.That is my goal, too! My biggest challenge is getting some exercise in. Funny, I don't mind exercisign once I begin, I acually like it!

I am changing my language. I intend t release 30lbs by the end of this 100day season. Not lose it as I don't want to find it
