1) Organize my life and home.
2) Lose this belly fat; healthier more ice cream before bedtime :-)
3) Start a Yoga class
4) Finally become financially independent...follow my dreams!

Yes, yes, yes! This is what the group is about. Now remember my videos. This is not as much about getting these things done as it is about gaining the awareness of the things you want to change.

By gaining awareness of the things you want to change, you begin to focus on them. When your focus is just being aware of the things then you are less apt to feel bad about not achieving them at the moment.

This is not about making you feel bad. This is about bringing manifestations into your life through the law of attraction and the law of increasing returns (law of action).

Gerlaine, I've been watching your 30 days and was so inspired by it, I'm so excited that you started a group! My biggest issue with not following through with goals is losing sight of them. Awareness is key. Thank you so much for giving us the forum to join you!

1. 30 Day Organization Challenge - this includes organizing my time, my family's home life, my home, my jeep, my work, my future.

2. 30 Day Body Fitness Challenge - getting out the Slim Series again and going for the 4 week program. I did this in I already KNOW I can do it. Cutting out the wine/beer, drinking a lot more water, eating raw fruits and veggies.

3. 30 Day Income Challenge - to bring in an extra $50 a day whether through ebay sales, RE entry, writing, etc.

4. 30 Day Business Challenge - brainstorm all the business ideas and develop one. Most likely the V.E.S. online website. Take at least one small step each day on this challenge even if all it is is to pick another product.

5. 30 Day Skincare Challenge (Gerlaine, thank you for the inspiration on this, too!). Water, vitamins, cleanse, moisturize, eye cream, exfoliation, epsom salt baths, coconut oil.

6. 30 Day HAVE FUN EVERY SINGLE DAY Challenge - do at least one fun thing every day. If I can't come up with something ridiculously exciting, I'll love on one of the dogs. Nothing much more fun than having a pup hold you down and kiss you as you laugh hysterically. ;)

Well.. See Gerlaine.. I Could sense u had a Great Idea. So Happy for You YEAH!!!. 30 days is a Great Start.. and it adds up in our Season... So the 30 Day weightloss Here can start now if u like My 30 day Weigtloss challenge roup Starts agin FRESH.. August 7th-Sept 7th...
I like this idea when we have a few at a Time Breaks it down into smaller chunks..

It's about manifesting.. and achieving,learning and Supporting eachother to Grow To Look good and Feel Good to have Great Steps or mini Steps in those 30 Days to Live our Best Healthiest funnest True Lifestyle

Definitely synchronicity at work here.
This morning I resolved to put extra effort into the next 30 days so I could get OUT of my current job situation. So, my 3-7 challenges are:
* drink enough liquids while still eating 80% raw
* include time for self-nurture and self-care daily
* build my social networks online (5x week min)
* take daily actions to either:
* create and deliver quality content to potential clients online (3-5x week)
* apply for min 3 local jobs a week
* set up my self esteem membership site
