The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I will experience myself controlling my feeding times and quantities better, even knowing that I might not be able to sleep enough yet. Because I now understand that I am in control and that me not sleeping will end, it is just a transitional face in my life, necessary now so I can master my mind power over my body. I now understand that I don't sleep, not because I choose to, but because I need to until my kids grow more and then other things will come in my life...
I am controlling better my anxiety with food in this 4 days marathon. I am choosing to stick with lower calories and eating more often in less quantities.
I am feeling great about this!!! I will visualize this every day until then.

While you are trying to sleep try to affirm the following "I affirm that even if I get little sleep tonight, I will wake up rested, refeshed, and energetic." This is a suggestion that you are giving to your body, or as you state - mastering your mind over your body. I have used this many times and it worked.
