Thank you so much Derek. The self appreciation part 2 really picked me up. The first 40 days of my season1 a was feeling wonderfull and really energized but I'm now at day 52 and to be honest I'm in a bit of a slump. Some of my old habits of negative thoughts are coming back up (maybe this can help others if it happens to them). Anyway, I will do the self appreciation in my gratitude book and also, I just bought "The sedona method" by Hale Dwoskin (It shows us how to let go of bad feelings).
