We can all face a bad MOMENT .. of doubt and low energy.. loosing focus... BUT.. we don't wan't it to last a day.. that's why it's only a 'MOMENT' !! Let's share SHORT advices to turn things around... what works in your life ?

I discovered a story, on the secret website, where (when facing one of "those" moments) the man would say to himself "You are an illusion. Thank you for coming but there is no need for you here. God knows I cannot do what I need to do if I'm worried, so go away! God will provide. God always provides". Of course you can use God, or the source or the universe or whatever higher power you want to. So whenever "those" moments sneaks in, I say the above listed affirmation and it works instantly. I also refer to my youtube playlist where I have "tapping" exercises (by David Childerley) and these exercises work wonders for me.

Breathe! Breathe deeply in and out, breathe in light & love, breathe out depression and fear.

Dance! Put on your favorit music and dance and shake the demons away!

Go out and take a walk and as you take each step feel how good the air feels as you breathe in.Look around you and make yourself aware of all the beauty.

When i feel down or mad I like to do a funny dance. I call it shaking off the bad energy. The silliness alone lifts my spirits.

Cool. The most influential piece I've learned here, is to recognize moments as just that....moments. When I attach emotions or expectations on things....try to exert my will on the world or on when I begin to expend energy out of a compulsive place (learned behavior)....rather than a free flowing place (innate natural behavior).

@ joanne...this is so true for me too!
@Karen...i have notes all over my fridge, bathroom mirror, in frames...all over! it's so nice to have my own space to do so.
@marianne...i'm walking tonight after's been my way to get out of these winter blues! M,W, F nights after work..i walk in an indoor track for 30-45 minutes with a friend or with my ipod if i'm alone. :)
i LOVE you guys! thanks for all the wonderful ideas!
