Animals can give us so much love. I´m so thankful for every day my little dog lives. She was so ill, but she is still here. Thank the universe!

I love to see my cat sleeping!!  i love and care and pray for for all the animals,    i am so glad to be a vegetarian !! i send all my love and support to the active groups that take care of animal and nature in general!

there was such a great news about Japan stopping whale hunting:

I want this to be TRUE forever !

respect for all the Whales and Sealife .

My son asked me why we always end up with an animal who is sick. I told him, we are special people who can see the value in anything, even if it's not perfect. Our Riley was a stray that someone either threw away, or he ran away from an abusive owner. Riley is a black lab mix who is deathly afraid of vacuums, brooms, and always has his head down, waiting for the next beating. We have had him a year, and he still has problems with his ears, and he still hangs his head. But he loves us soooooo much. When you go to pet him now, he rolls over and lays down on his back so you can scratch his tummy. He bounces with joy when we get home. He loves to play catch in the house. We allow it because he has brought such joy to my son and I.

Has anyone heard how animal and bird rescue is going in the Gulf? Do they need more volunteers? How can we help, etc.
