my body is beautiful, soft and perfect, it radiates and glows, oozes love and gentleness, its strong, lean and moves gracefully. it stands tall and oozes positive energy full of love and joy,I'm surrounded by happiness, peace, tranquility and bliss...the calmness is soothing..almost floating! every cell is in perfect harmony..the ease..the comfort and the warmth is beautiful...

skipping is so much fun! I feel the strength, flexibility and timing of my beautiful body whilst skipping and I connect with my inner child too :)

I love feeling the immense wellness of my body - my cells are very strong and I feel the resoundance of their ease and joy, in breathing, living and moving daily :)

I love listening to my beautiful body, I love the ease, power, grace, youth, vitality it consistently radiates and I love the feeling I get after I go to the gym, I love the feeling WHILE im exercising there too - it feels good to move my body and keep it fit - I love the individuality of my body and how I can listen to it, I love feeling energised and alive :)

Laughter and love is the best cure....good company and beautiful smells, make me me stand up tall and feel well..healthier and healthier with each breath i take, my bones, my heart, my body and my mind is becoming stronger than i could have imagined.

keep smiling, feeling warm inside and feel the love radiating everywhere, feel so light , like i could almost fly, body feels at one with my mind , and spirit , totally in harmony and al synchronised happy and mellow and buzzing with postive energy full of love and life. .

I am healing faster and better than I could have ever imagined, my energy is full of love and attracting all that is good, my body is becoming stronger and fitter. with every step I feel so much better, in so many different ways.I feel strong, bold and beautiful.

My body pulses with positive energy, my skin radiates with the positive energy within my system and the love I allow to flow through me. I look, feel and behave like a light-feeling, energised, excited, enthused, inpsired and beautiful being :)
