Okay here we are again in another season. The thing I have found the most useful so far is the emotional guidance scale list. (attached) As someone who, maybe not ignored, but repressed my feelings for a long time, because of childhood trauma, it's almost a revelation at times for me to remember that "It's good to feel good" and that "it's oka, allowed and actually the right thing to feel blissful, happy etc".
Usually I am a fairly content, happy person in daily life, aware and changing things as I go along, although at times, I've woken up in a fearful of slightly "off course" mood, which I've then managed to change. However since looking at this list and being able to see the next emotion as "just the next step on" (on rather than up, so "downstream" rather than feeling "up"!)
The last couple of days have been blissful and more importantly, I have changed from waking up a bit off and having to change it to going to bed in a statre of joy or bliss and then being able to continue this
