EFT is emotional freedom technique. Basically you tap on various points and say affirmations an this clears out negative blocks that you may have had. Its kind of like, cleaning out your energy field so that things can happen for you faster. The more you tap and do EFT the more quickly things can happen (that's my experienc anyway).

What exactly is energy work. Sounds good but What do I do?, What's EFT?

I have yet to use EFT, has anyone been a patient or read about B.E.S.T. therapy? I love the idea of this group! I believe energy work is the future of health and healing because it's acknowledging that there is a direct connection between mind and body. That our thoughts are indeed energy and have a direct effect on our body, therefore defining our vibration.

Yip, power showers are great, I also do EFT in shower, (may seem strange, but its my peaceful place) so its a double boost! great way to start the day.

Darin gave me a great idea. I put my stuff in a bubble and release the negative and take back the positive energy. Darin told me about power showers. I just took a shower and thanked the Universe for the money, happiness, love and prosperity that was being showered upon me. With every drop of water that fell on me it washed away the fear, negativity and blocks that are holding me from what I want.
