Hey all, I know I've been a little distant. I've been working on some stuff and kind of being an introvert haha, I do that sometimes. Anyway I saw something that fits the title of our group and I wanted to hear what you all thought about it. So here is the video:

Hi Georgeanne, Im sorry I didnt get back to comment sooner. I have been reading about all this wonderful Meditation stuff. I have read about the mantra thing also. It was suggested ah in stead of your ohm....but I suppose it doesnt make a difference as I see it. Or does it? I was also reading about ...while in meditation the level or higher plane you talk of is located between the noise of your thoughts. Like music...if there were no gaps in music it would be noise. In between the thought...the stillness if you will...is where the higher plane is...using higher plane for a lack of a better word.. I have done Transcendental Meditation for many years. That type of meditation uses a mantra given to you at the time of your initiation as a meditator. The mantra is a sanskrit sound. The universal mantra is 'ohm'. It helps to have a sound to repeat because that keeps your mind focused External thoughts still intrude, but as you become aware of them, you let them go and go back to the mantra. In a meditative state, one's heart rate slows and brain waves go into an alpha state. It is very restful, but at the same time active. I think meditation opens your mind and raises your consciousness to a higher plane. That is where the Law of Attraction works...on this higher level.

Well, I have been reading about Meditation and how it relates to Fine Tuning your Secret/Law of Attraction. This Meditation thing is very important. I sending out an email to all you group members and I hope you respond. I have been reading tons about all the "how to's " of meditation. Can you all share with me how you all Meditate? How do you block out all that you are thinking? Do you go completely silent? Do tell all...Hugs JILLY

Wow Kahea, I have had this happen many times. I have been out with friends and strangers and do to my awareness I have seen many examples of people living the Secret and many not. Its amazing. It is amazing how being aware of people around you and there actions is a lesson to be learned. I know it helps me to keep in check. You are welcome for the video, I plan on starting today with it. Also thanks for telling all about my Party. All are invited. There is plenty of time to get yours done by the 24. Be sure to post it on the 24th on the group. Hugs JILLY

Hey all...just wanted to make a quick post...I got a new job hostessing at a restaurant 5 min from my house which is cool, I like it and I am excited to have some exterior balance to help me with my interior balance, while I am learning to be 100% dependant on my interior balance. I think it will make it a lot easier to focus on moving into my bartending career. I am still doing my visualizations and I decided to try something new with my 15 miracle minutes...Sometimes it's hard for me to come up with 10 things I want to attract to myself every day for 30 days in a row and that's part of the reason why i have not been able to complete the 30 days...So I decided to go ahead and do 20 gratitudes instead of 10 outcomes and 10 gratitudes, that way even though I am not asking for something, I am still setting aside time specifically to be in that grateful place. I also realized something about having it now...I was talking to this lady at my job about getting out of the rat race and being financially successful and she said to me that that's never going to happen for her, she's not even expecting it...and she walked away a little...a little like ho hum oh well that's just my life. And I realized what it really means...If you can't even see your self there, then how are you going to get there? Now there are times when the universe will bless you with something so that you can see that you CAN have it...but if you take that blessing and just say, oh well that was just some luck and it was nice but that's it for me...then you aren't helping the universe help you. So what I learned is that in order for me to achieve my goals, I have to set them and believe that they are possible, if I don't believe they are possible, AND DON'T EVEN SET THEM JUST GIVE UP...then what will motivate me to keep learning, what will motivate me to walk in the direction of success? what will give me that hope? What will I be walking towards and in? So you HAVE to see it now, so that you can believe it's possible, so that you can expect it, so that you can do your part to make it happen and then universe can then do it's part to make it happen...and it won't just be luck, It will prove to be a partnership for success. This really woke me up to how people can think, and what's amazing is she could get a book *wink* in a few days and it totally changes her perspective. You know one time I suggested to a friend to have her kids write over and over I will behave in school, instead of I won't be bad in school, and she called me back a few weeks later after she had tried it, and she said it really made an improvement, and I thought to myself wow that repitition in a childs mind (and an adults) must be really powerful to make her see that much of a change to call me and let me know...but what's unfortunate is that she saw this and didn't say to her self, well let me do this with everything. Let me talk more calmly to them, let me tell them the behavior that I expect and not ONLY what I Don't want them to do...it's very interesting. I have alwasy been the type of person that believes in my self. That is why I am so happy that I am learning this info, because it is helping me strengthen and be more effective with that self belief. So it is sometimes hard for me to understand people who just give up...but having that thing happen at work really put it in perspective for me. I found the Meditation video. The tech is very nice and it gives you a good starting off point if you have never done it before. I will start this tomorrow and see how it goes and share with you all later. Hugs JILLY

Can someone post the meditation video of Lilou for me here. I cant find it. I heard it was wonderful. Meditation is a hugh part of the Law of Attraction. I want to use it everyday to fine tune my SECRET...Hugs JILLY
