OK, I want to start the Master cleanse and maintain it for 10 days! Lets do it together! It will help us to kick off our getting ready for summer journey! We will lose anywere between 6-10 pounds! The master cleanse can be found on Google, under "master cleanse Pdf". I does have calories. It detoxes your body. I might add that I just started going to the gym 5 days a week. You can check out more info about other people who have done the master cleanse on you tube there are some girls on there who lose 30 and 40 pounds in 40days. Let do this starting tomorrow!! I am excited and eager to be on the journey to health! By reaching my natural weight I will succeed!

I will do my Best with Master cleanse I do have low Blood sugar I may modify it.. and i tooo will be at the Gym alot I think intervals are important.. Like a little exercise in the morning/ afternoon and evening a GOOD Hour of FAST Cardio Stretches, and some weights I am Taking Ste class, and Pilates I'll do a Vision Board Just for Weight Loss!!!

Sounds like your have already created the body you desire in your mind and that your eager. Now all you have to do is Happily Live the Life of Health!!! I am so excited for you!!!

My 30 day intention for this group is to get 7-13 pounds closer to my natural body weight and I am excited!!! I am already drinking my Master Cleanse drink today so now I am off to the gym.

As for low Blood sugar make sure you take the time to read the Master Cleanse PDF. that I told you about I think it will help solve your low blood sugar issue!!!

This sounds great!! One of my goals for my challenge is to lose weight and get back on a consistent workout routine. I have been eating better but not as good on the exercise part consistency. So I am ready to start for a month. Looking at a smaller timeframe and goals for fitness sounds good to me. I am ready. I went to the club and worked out on Saturday and just got back for today. I am ready to make this a routine. I also plan to do yoga and ab workouts with my cardio that I do at the health club. My goal is 10 - 12 pounds in a month. Good luck Heather and Kelly!! Thanks I think Sunshine/CreateaFate/Brandy .. Welcom Healther & Karen and others expressed interest as well.. I'm thinking of Doing a vision board for Weightloss, being in Great shape I need to Exercixe in intervals, Prepare snacks Drink more Healthy Fluids increase Vitamin C Weigh myself at least 2ce a Week.. share./do videos/Blogs/Journals -- smoothies " this is "FIT-4-LEFE". I workout 5-6 x/week should do it Daily I honestly feel inerval through out the Day is Best.. share your goals/Insights,Recipes,fitness ETc.., Your Daily Progress glad your All HERE Ask yourself.. Why?? What is your MOtivation to Lose Weight... Can u Picture yourself Slimmer more vibrant and Full of Energy and Smiling??

hi there HanniLi WELCOME!!!! those that want to do Master cleanse can.. I am just drinking more Fluids Less Starches & Red Meat more Fruits/ Veggies... Lots of Water Grapefruit is Good.. I may have red meat twice a week on BBQ some nuts Raw sun flower seeds/ almonds a few almonds 0 Calorie Yogurt, and Smoothies Pre planning meals Exercise , go for Walks,Runs... I might try Kayacking..Love to Bike,and Dance Later.. I'm going to the gym for 3 Hours I'm doing a weight Class/Ball/Pilates then Using the treadmill & Precor.. Tonnight I'll PREplan my Meals.. & Snacks /Veggies,Berries, nuts.. .. i'll do a video Later.. I will check out that video I think it was on Oprah right?? so I'm off for the Day Welcome everyone this is a Strict Fun Boot camp to Drop the excess weight & Look & Feel GREAT Thnx for sharing Have a Wonderful Fruitful Day

Hi Group!!! I am so loving your plan Kelly, but I want to know are you having a blast? I am so juiced up and excited!!! I know this is going to help me regain my natural weigh!!!
