Im back again and more determined so im starting all over again, having green teas, physillian husk , great before a meal as it curves your appetite and detoxis you really fast and its natural and gentle on the colon. ive cut out all carbs and trying to eat more veg, stir frys and using a spirilizer for my veggi noodles, soups and eating dates if I really , really cant resist sweets.I have never really drank fizzy dinks but sometimes when you feel dehydrated I have fizzy spring water and add fresh fruit juice to it. I weigh 13 and half stones , the only thing is I suffer from M.E and other aliments so I cannot exercise as it causes angina attacks. so taking it slow and hopefully ill get there. even if I feel like im not shifting weight at least im not putting it on.

Day 1

I will use the smallest plate I can find.

Hi everyone! I am new to this group, but am looking to Shake-Off 20-30 pounds in this 100 day challenge. I have already lost 11 pounds before starting this 100 Day Challenge. I am on a low-calorie,low carb diet with low sodium, too. I eat clean, and exercise at least 6 days a week, mostly every morning with my husband before we go to work. I love Kick-Boxing, Zumba, and the elliptical machine and plan on doing more weight training! Hope to hear everyone's success stories!

I am going to do this for the next 30 days, month's, years, make it a life long habit.

FLAT TUMMY WATER

6 CUPS OF FILTERED WATER

1 CUCUMBER SLICED

I LEMON SLICED

1/3 CUP OF MINT

LET THE DRINK INFUSE OVERNIGHT, DRINK IT ALL THE NEXT DAY.

The more water you drink the more you shrink. 

20 mins before drink a glass of water. 

Eat breakfast no carbs.

For the next 5hrs drink water.

Eat, no carbs

For the next 5 hrs drink water.

and carry on like this forever, at the week end eat what you like in moderation.

Oh and keep moving, smiling and stay blessed.

I want to lose 4 and a half stone, to get to 9 stone which is correct for my height and frame, and I will start my challenge tomorrow. 8/03/14. I need to cut out all carbs and sweets and defiantly get some scales, get lots of water in and read my think myself slim book, eat small meals regularly so that I never get so hungry that I binge eat without thinking. I need to be more assertive when others are offering me food.

I am going to eat very healthy food and really look after my body.
