OMG! I feel like crying i am home schooling my two children 4 yr boy and 5yr girl. I have always wanted to do the correct thing I was told by my school district that they do not give out Kindergarten Home school work. I have been frantic learning other places its mandatory. My son is not behind but, now because i bought all books and curriculum from a school store what do i do. i want to teach my babies truth not gibberish. they are sponge machines. My son is an amazing dancer 4 years old i caught him break dancing and my daughter She wishes to play Violin Dance Ballet and Dance Jazz. I can put them in these classes through something called the beck center in Lakewood Ohio where we live but,OMG expensive. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and he is supposed to be receiving special money for classes like this.I would love some serious suggestions on homeschooling programs and anything that will help because my husband wants to break down and send them to school public school. I went to Lakewood High School I received allot of things. But I only had 2 good teachers in the 4 years i went so i got not much learning from them. The learning was done in collage and on my own after. My babies are already understanding of the basics of science laws of attraction and truths instead of lies told by history books. I know they must know about them for passing but, that don't mean i am not going to teach them to question and research. Isisoakmoss needs help anyone any ideas or info please send me or tell me how i can get it remember Iam in Lakewood/Cleveland Ohio

Hello!  To be honest, one of my goals is to manifest a willingness on my wife's part to homeschool our kids!  I know you're not supposed to attempt to use the law of attraction to change someone's mind.  I just know I feel so strongly about wanting to homeschool, and she feels so strongly about wanting to send them to traditional school, so I could use some coaching on how to resolve this impasse.  (Fortunately, our son is only 7 months right now, so we've got time.  ;-) )

I have found some amazingly wonderful positive vibe songs for children by Snatam Kaur. One of them is Feeling Good Today, I am feeling good today. My daughter has started singing this song every morning when she wakes up. She is learning to make her own vision board. A great site is http://www.enchantedlearning.com they have everything for homeschoolers.

I've been teaching my daughter from books ordered from MCPhonics one day per week. As we live in France I want her to have an english base. I'm not a teacher so I say a prayer with her everytime before we start. I'm not really sure where the LOA comes in but I'm just doing my best not to leave it all up to her school.

I don't think there is a typical day for everyone. I think it varies depending on each home. There are some really great websites for learning about homeschool. Also you might get some ideas by looking on youtube for homeschool. Our days vary according to what we have planned for learning that day. Sometimes it even changes to outdoor on a blanket learning when the weather suddenly becomes nice. It makes the difficult subjects better when you are in nature while being taught.

My daughter will soon be three. I'd like some suggestions on what a typical school day would be like.I'd like to start incorporating it now into her days at home.
