4) 1 thing you do to show self-love & to Nurture your body: I go to the gym regularly, I eat homebaked vegetarian foods

@ Candie: YEY for your first Season, how's it going so far?! :) And those are great affirmations to say in the mirror, thanks for posting them, I'm going to try that out!

@ Flow: WOW thats amazing 75lbs, that take a lot of inner strength and dedication, super proud of you!!! I'd like to talk to you about Reiki, I heard about it but haven't tried it. :)

I massage my feet. I say to myself "I love I really love you " in the mirror.

2) What Season of your 100 days you are in: season 1 !!! :)

3) Random fact most people wouldn't know about you: i am a full time nanny, freelance photographer, photography teacher, artist, tupperware consultant and certified holistic health counselor. i manage a lot and still take it in stride most of the time. i have a nyc mentality but live in the heartland. i get a lot done and take on a lot of work and creative projects compared to most people where i live. my ex-boyfriend even wrote a song about me called..."5 things at a time" that talked about how much i juggle. :)

4) 1 thing you do to show self-love & to Nurture your body:
cook meals with whole foods, body brush before the shower, say loving things to myself in the shower like 'my body is amazing' !!! i also love to hula hoop and dance!

5) 1 thing your working improving in your lifestyle to show your body more love: slowing down, more attracting and less racing, adding in the good stuff - focus on healthy foods, cooking more, doing cleanses, walking daily.

3) Random fact most people wouldn't know about you: I am trying to create a better life, it does not show, most of the time people would say I am negative. My goal is to become more aligned with my body and positive.

4) 1 thing you do to show self-love & to Nurture your body: Yesterday I purchased a scale. I ate good, and have started to monitor my weight.

5) 1 thing your working improving in your lifestyle to show your body more love: Stop thinking negative about it, start realizing that something is happening and I need to go along with it.

2) What Season of your 100 days you are in: Started my first Season on December 1 so day 13.

3) Random fact most people wouldn't know about you:
Before actually starting my Season officially I spent a lot of time on this site, to learn and get inspired. I never do anything unless I feel ready and I like to be prepared.

4) 1 thing you do to show self-love & to Nurture your body: Eating healthy, resting when I need it with beautiful music and sitting peacefully, sometimes dancing.

5) 1 thing your working improving in your lifestyle to show your body more love:
Still recovering from surgery and all that so I need to be understanding with my body and allow it to rest, practice meditation and find a good way to exercise without putting too much strain on it..

2) What Season of your 100 days you are in: just finished season 1 and am starting my season 2 on Jan 1 2010, yey!

3) Random fact most people wouldn't know about you: I used to be a HUGE "tom boy" as a child; playing with cars, mud, dirt bikes, but would also like where pink & purple dresses and play with barbies too LOL!

4) 1 thing you do to show self-love & to Nurture your body: I love baths with candles lit and peaceful music (or silence)

5) 1 thing your working improving in your lifestyle to show your body more love: More down times, I'm working on my natural weight loss blog and program and creating a business to support others around it and i tend to over work myself... so i need to take more breaks.
