I'm going to start the master cleanse tomorrow, so I can start off fresh with the new year, I figured I do some of my goals before the year ends so I don't have an overwhelming amount of new year's resolution then I become discouraged

Honestly yes I slowly start to eat the same way again but each time the cleanse is complete I leave behind a bit of the old way of eating permanently.:-)))))))

I am just curious for those of you who have done the master cleanse if afterwards you continued to eat the same as before the cleanse? Thanks

I started eating again and feel that I have lost all of the benefits from doing the cleanse... I keep trying to get back on it, but each night, I eat something bad for me. Here is my commitment to make better choices for myself and my health.

Hi! I am doing the Master Cleanse now and am on Day 13! I am going to do it for as long as I feel good about doing it. It is thru this cleanse that I found this Lilou and I am thrilled! I NEED a group like this so bad and want to do the 100 day Challenge, so I am getting my plans ready to do so. I have a few things that I want to manifest in my life, so I am going to work on that.

I waited until the beginning of lent to start my "manifasting" cleanse. So, I am on day 2. On day 2 I am feeling very tired.

Has anyone else used their fast to manifest a specific result other than weight loss? I'd love to hear about your experience?

So I made it through day 6 and I'm happy to say there will be a day 7 and God willing a day 10. This season 4 is all about training the mind for me so I believe I'm training my mind to drink the (yucky) salt water till I find the senna like Lydie suggested. I will not be defeated by my taste buds:-))))))))

Today is day 6 and I think it will be my last. I found some tea on day 4 that did nothing for me. I forced myself to drink the salt water on day 5 evening but discouragment from days 1-4 and morning of day 5 has taken it's toll. I dont think I prepared well mentally or financially for that matter. Even though the scheduling is perfect, children on vacation from school and with us staying in our apartment in Marseille. I'll see how the day goes. Do some visualization of completing the cleanse. Originally I wanted to go 15 days but I know now that is not possible, so still striving for the big 10.
