Learning to meditate provides many positive effects and gifts such as.... a deeper connection with yourself......learning how to be in your life as it is right in the now;........... .ease tension and manage stress, .... feel more positive;.......find balance ......... boost your immune system and improve healing.

I am a beginner and have no ideal how to meditate. My mind races with thoughts all the time and I have no ideal how to calm it. So what should I do first?

I have been meditating for the past two wks. about 2 to 3 times a day. I often feel anxious and stressed out. I go to dailymeds.net. I have found it extremely helpful.

lately I have increased my meditation at night and I used to have trouble sleeping now I sleep peacefully and wake up ready to tackle the day!

I would like to learn how to meditate, i know i have to chill and calm my thoughts.
Every minute counts, but my thoughts are so many..

Apparently you can meditate anyhow, there is eating, walking and seeing meditations, and perhaps many more. I find meditation in the car while driving is great. I feel like the universe will use any opportunity we give it. What is fascinating is how attentive we have as a universe. -namaste, jr

I have been able to find myself meditating often if for only seconds..I have been doing more deep breathing and enjoying myself and it has done wonders for my self respect and self acceptance..

Hello, I have been meditating for about 3 months now, not everyday, life is busy. I have found that after listening to the Free Silva Alpha method, I can calm down and isualise the perfect spots for me. Can I integrate manifestations now too?

Meditation certainly does bring clarity to the mind, your priorities and the day. I find that "details" are brought to mind which are important to attend to which, without the time of meditation, I would have skipped over them. Looking forward to being part of this group.
