Meditation is an Integrative Therapy practice limiting the minds mental stimulus to pay attention to the Silence within,while using the rhythm of one,s breath, the link between body-mind-spirit . Learning to meditate provides many positive effects and gifts such as.... a deeper connection with yourself......learning how to be in your life as it is right in the now;........... .ease tension and manage stress, .... feel more positive;.......find balance ......... boost your immune system and improve healing.

I love to meditate and still my mind. I see miracles every day. I want to see more and bigger miracles. I see myself traveling, teaching, entertaining and living a lucious joyful life sharing my talents and laughter. I joyfully watch this unfold before my eyes as I meditate.

Hi Michele! I think the best thing for you is just start with taking 5 minutes a day to meditate. Just sit in a quiet place and focus on one thing. What's best for me is to focus on my breathing. I count them in my head. I hope this will help you!

That makes so much sence. I did it again today and it felt great. I do get a little scared when i feel i am drifting into my own little world i sort of snap out of it. But i know that i just have to trust myself and keep practising. Sending you lots of love and positive energy to you to

Helen you didnt do anything wrong. Is it possible that there maybe some unresolved issues within you that make you sad? This could be the universe's way to call your attention to something in your life and the opportunity to turn it into happiness. Keep going. I posted some good meditations on here .. try them out esp The Deepak Chopra 21 day meditation :-) Sending you lots of love and positive energy xx

I am new to meditation I tryied doing it today and must have done it wrong. When i opened my eyes i felt really sad and down it took a long time for me to shift my mood. What did i do wrong.

Kem - found this very relaxing. I think the double-speak/instructions on the meditation could be a little offputting for beginners, or anyone depending on what mood you're in? Today I found it quite hypnotic and then worried when they said about heart rate slowing down lol! but it was all soothing and would be helpful breathing practise for many I'm sure. Would like more guidance coming out at the end of the meditation too.
