The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I have a question: Which works better for you - setting daily intentions or weekly intentions? About which point do you run out of steam, or get disconnected from your intention? Is there a particular pattern you see?
Thanks for answering!

Hello Claudia,

Hope you are having a wonderful day so far.

I do both, I set daily intentions, and weekly intentions. So i say: by the end of the week i want this and this to have manifested; or to have learnt this and that. And then break it down into smaller intentions for each day. I tend to get disconnected when I let the outside world affect me. When I try to help or explain, it draines me out sometimes.. and it does set me off track.

However i know i am getting better at this, hope it was helpful. I am grateful for strenght.
Hope you are having a really good day.

Lots and Lots of Love,
Sarah
Very well put Sara
That's what I do also. I make a weekly intention then I break it down to what I need to do daily to manifest my weekly goal. Staying positive is very important to acomplishing your intentions if you let your focus sway that can get you off track. So stay focus and this site is a big help.
Have a great day Claudia stay focus and good journey.

Be Blessed
Charlene

I set daily intentions but I have been learning about segment intentions--recognizing the natural breaks in your day and setting intentions for each part. This is the most deliberate and specific way to set intentions that really fit what you are doing at different times. It seems like it will be a lot more work but I am going to try it to a degree.

Does anyone else set segment intentions?

I've never heard of segment intentions, but it sounds interesting. I'm going to need to learn more about this.

Hello,

I started a journal, where i set daily intentions as well as bigger intentions and record in it as i recieve new information and confirmations of my intentions coming true.
