Hello everyone- Today is day 1 of my Pact, I did pretty good today. I do need to go grocery shopping though. I realized I didn't have any "Real" food in the house, just a bunch of snack stuff.

Yesterday I came home from work, got settled in, and then something very destructive happened.I made my dinner, but I realized that I didn't count up the points. I just piled everything on. Why did this happen. I think it was because I was tired. I wasn't aware of myself, until it was to late. So today I'm going to focus on how I'm feeling by taking a minute before I eat to re-evaluate my goals. So I'm ready for the challenge.

Hi Everyone-Thanks for all the encouragement. It is really guiding me forward. Today was a better day for me.

Today I tracked my WW points, and I had a healthy lunch. Although I do need to work on eating breakfast in the morning. Tomorrow I will have a bowl of cereal.
