run 11km today and feelin great got my ipod on and set up some goals/challanges for my runnin on nike plus :) Also just sugned up to do a fitness training instructor class can't wait.

I am Committing to this challange and am determined to do it. I can do anything and I choose to do this and make it a daily routine.

tonight I got out for an hour run and enjoyed my podcasts. What stuck was to do the type of exercises you love not what you think you should do.
- exercise 4 times a week
- get your protein in eggs, cottage cheese, whole foods
- it is healthier to eat earlier in the day
use the three hour timeline
eat within an hour of getting up and ever three hours later have three meals and afew snacks get protien, carg and a fat at every meal
think of your fat as a teasoon, your protein as a deck of cards and your carb as the cd boxes stacked tall
drink a large glass of water with every meal and take vita and water 1st thing
eat roughly 300 cals per meal and 100-200 cal snacks
visualize your success. my weekly goal is 1-2 pounds of belly fat shed for good

I beleive I can rip my body in the next 90 days. June 6 I am the ripped new me for my 41st year the best shape of my life for this next decade and constantly improving and living so fully and alive.

Today I am remcommitting myself to this new challange for the next 100 days.
- drink an abudance of water daily
- exercise a min 0f 6 times a week including running, bellydancing, p90X, skipping, yoga, and stretching and trying at least one new activity weekly.
- eat wholely and healthy and smaller portions.

Yesterday I ran 6km and ran the stairs at the gym felt it today
Today I did 3 of Tony Hortons 10 minute trainer video.

I am going to commit to ripping my abs in the next 100 days and shedding all my excess baggage body, mind and soul. Day 1 for me 135.4
