The 100 Day Reality Challenge

EFT, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, is a method used by individuals to relieve all kinds of debilitating issues.  Some common issues that EFT alleviates are: Headaches, Colds, Motion Sickness, Fear (phobias, fear of flying, of being abused, of trying something new, etc!), Pain, Sleeplessness, Anxiety, and many others.  Many people attest to EFT healing Cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other serious ailments as well.

Anyone can learn how to use EFT.  EFT works by tapping on pressure points in your face, head, neck and chest to realign the vibration in your body and "reprogram" your body to become balanced.  Many people report immediate results from using EFT.
