Eeek! Good point. 100% raw for 30 days. Goodness me....! I have never done that before. ~OK, Salads here I come! I'll try and check in here every day or so, to say how I'm doing in the lead up to 15 Feb. May not start introducing the raw fruit and veggies just yet......

Yes we do. I think we'll have better success with this challenge when there's more than 1 person committed to it.

Hi everyone, it's just occurred to me what a lovely start date for our raw food journey - just after Valentine's. Because eating alive and nourishing food is such an act of Self Love! Roll on 15th :-)

Well done Kate - you've started the all raw already!! I love the sound of that fruit. I had an old friend round this afternoon so made us salad (but we also had cheese on toast - ah well). But I am really looking forward to the 15th and getting in all my healthy supplies!
