Hi there everyone, it's me Kate who started this group! I'm back and ready to eat well and feel the best I can!! Lysh, I can relate to your eating pasta for breakfast and then feeling crappy the rest of the day!! I'm SOoooo sensitive to wheat products and complex carbs, they make me feel depressed and bloated. I'd love to support each other in eating at least 80% raw foods! I ate almost 100% raw for over 6 years and then gradually stopped. Lets do it and feel good EVERYDAY!

Today my body calls the right foods to me, Today I am feeling more aligned, and more aligned until I am totally aligned with my truest and best self. My body knows what it needs and I can feel that clear message today. I love and appreciate my  beautiful body system

I am so glad I have such lovely friends. We all made pizza last night with vegan/vegetarian materials and I still have a slice to eat today and am really thankful we all know how to cook, eat and live healthy. I will and intend to this for all my meals and support the side of me that emotionally eats to escape with love and nurturing care with every bite of veggies, earth/sun based food that will nourishes my soul.

This morning I ate a sausage and cheese English muffin. On my break I ate a mango and pineapples with some cashews. Lunchtime I had a grilled chicken salad. I drink water throughout the day and I feel great!
