hi Candi, can you post your favourite green drink recipe/s? I love the sound of Kate's wraps. Before I start my 'all raw' on 15th Feb, I thought I could try to have a raw element in every meal. Then gradually increase the raw and decrease the cooked.

But I'm getting quite excited now about eating raw! And I was thinking of getting a stash of 'raw supplies' today! All I had raw was a banana, some orange and a salad yesterday. But I felt so good (and virtuous!) eating them. It felt good to eat the raw stuff joyfully. Maybe this will be easier than I thought? Well, we shall see :-)

Thanks Candi and Kate! It's lovely to get all this inspiration!

Yesterday I had the urge to go and buy a lovely colourful array of fruits and apart from toast in the morning (and some bombay mix!) I had a completely raw day yesterday, which surprised and pleased me. Still had goats milk in my tea though - oops, just remembered that.

So far today I've had some soaked oats (not strictly raw but I didn't cook them!) and seeds with strawberries, blueberries, and apple (including pips which i've heard are very good for you). I feel great!

I like the idea of taking it slow and steady if I want to, but oddly, I'm eager to get on and do this - so roll on 15th Feb - if I'm not all raw before that :-)

(A Vitamix is definitely on my wishlist!)

Well Candi, I do remember when I first tried fresh juices and I loved the apple, lemon and celery (yum!) combination. I will try your recipe! Thanks for that.

Not a great start ... forgot I had fruit in the fridge and made toast. Only realised when I went to get the butter out. Will have a salad for lunch though. Got the organic veg box delivery yesterday so plenty of choice.. lovely!

Tomorrow I will try my 1st raw food day. Breakfast and lunch are the goals and if all is going well, dinner too.
Am actually a bit excited to give it a go and see how it flows.
lol...who would have EVER thought eating raw food would make me have such a cheesy grin on my face...heheheheheee...
Anticipation is such a wonderful feeling :D

I haven't even tried to eat more fruits and vegetables. I think I've been eating all that I love before Feb. 15th : ) That's right Kate. We'll all need to support each other.

I will have to start trying different vegetables before Feb. 15th. I think that will be the biggest challenge for me. Fruits are no problem. I pretty much like all types of fruits.
