I'm looking for recipes.  Let's share!  I personally love red cabbage rolls stuffed with Avocado, chopped tomato, chopped green onion, and corn.

Preparing to make a delicious raw green smoothie!  Have a bunch of fruit, veggies, and super foods, just figuring out the best combo.  I have mangos, banana, strawberries, peaches (hmmmm....pick a couple of those) and then there's parsley, kale, celery, spinach and dandelion leaves in the fridge (pick one or so of those).  May add some cacao, maca, spirulina...yum!  Getting excited :)

Hi all!

I got inspired to do this by Lioou's interview with the beautiful Karyn Calabrese. I'm on day one tomorrow of a 100 day raw challenge (among other things) and I'm very much open to any positive information/inspirational videos/books/testimonials that you lovely people might have to help me get even more motivated! I would recommend Mimi Kirk's videos and of course Karyn's books and vids for anybody who's not yet a connaisseur.

Keep on loving your bodies with that pure and nourishing food :-)

Tashy - that is a great goal - 2 a week.  I like to focus on having what feels like 50%-80% raw food in my diet.. I haven't gotten very strict with the whole thing but would like to gradually move in that direction. <3

I love raw food. I'm taking it step by step.

I'm trying to have 2 raw days each week. I once bought a raw cookbook, but it's not really helping, because I'm also trying to buy locally produced food.

My died consist of 50% cooked and 50% raw food. I want to change that to 30-70.

I cannot have to much food, because of my PCO syndrome. It can be quite difficult...
