I'm looking for recipes.  Let's share!  I personally love red cabbage rolls stuffed with Avocado, chopped tomato, chopped green onion, and corn.

I started this group and then fell of track, but I'm back!! I ready to focus on loving my body!! I felt so good the last time I made the Raw food journey and I'm ready to do it again!! Let GO!! Who is ready???

Hi everyone,

I fell in a hole for a couple of days but I'm back on track now - guess it was a bit of a detox going on.

I've started making the list of people for doing Resentment Therapy.  I have decided to rename it Forgiveness Therapy.  I can see I have a lot of work to do, and I'm looking forward to how light and happy I will be when it's done.

I'm also focussed on feeling happy now for no good reason.  Will listen to a couple of Abraham-Hicks videos - they always help.

Happy New Year everyone!

I started my new eating style on Jan 1st.  I decided not to keep a full food diary, but just to track the fruit and vegetables.  I thought I might focus on losing five pounds, but a voice in my head said "nine", so I'm hoping that it was my True Self telling me that.

As well I'm going to do one other thing per day - a meditation or 5-10 mins exercise.  I want to keep the changes very easy and achievable at first.

One of the nice things about the changes to meals is that my son is accepting them and even offering a few suggestions.

Thanks for inviting me to join, Heather.  I definitely need to eat more raw food,and I am going to try other things as well, like keeping a food diary for a while to check what I am actually eating.  On December 23rd, I saw a blog about Resentment Therapy and it really spoke to me.  I tend to overeat when I am resentful so hopefully I will lose some weight as well as getting healthier.  Not sure yet if I'll start on the 31st or the 1st.
