I have a play list that I listen to every day I've been *very* selective on the songs I choose it for it. All are positive and sing of good things not the negative thing that might be missing. For example, no lines that might say how sad a person might be if that good thing were to disappear ...just songs of pure gratitude, celebration and/or well wishes for all and any who listen to it. All positive words/phrases. It's working wonders for me and with repeated listening (several times each and every day and because of the type of music it is - so positive - I don't seem to ever tire of it) it's almost like the most fun a person can have with affirmations without a person even realizing they are doing it because they are just singing along with a song. The most wonderful thing that is happening because of it, is that it's training my thinking to be the same way - with or without the music to remind me to do so! Life definitely looks and feels better on all fronts for me just from doing this simple, most enjoyable thing :)
