The Holosync Solution

A group for those who use or are interested in trying the Holosync meditation CD's produced by the Centerpointe Research Institute, headed by Bill Harris.

I've been using Holosync for a few months now. There are umpteen testimonials on their site and in their literature, but knowing which of our co-creatros is also using it would be interesting!

If you haven't heard of Holosync, then here's what their website has to say:

"If you'd like to meditate as deeply (actually more deeply) than a Zen monk, literally at the touch of a button...virtually eliminate stress from your life...naturally and safely stimulate the production of brain chemicals that dramatically slow aging and increase longevity...boost your mental powers to unheard of levels...eliminate most so-called "dysfunctional" feelings and behaviors...and attain a level of happiness and inner peace few people experience—please read on...

In 1985 I became aware of, and began experimenting with, a remarkable audio technology I found mentioned in a research paper published in Scientific American (October 1973) by Dr. Gerald Oster, a research scientist at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York. This audio technology, when placed beneath soothing music and listened to with stereo headphones, produces some absolutely mind-blowing experiences (and benefits) for the listener"

Happy New Year everyone!
I hope your new year has started out on the right foot.

I have a question on the next step of using the Holosync CDs. I have been doing DIVE then IMMERSION for several weeks now and I love it. I really notice a calm and patience come over me that I've never experienced in my life. What do I do next? How should I incorporate the other CDs?

Thanks!
Blessed be!

Hi Delicia!

I am also doing the awakening prologue and have recently (actually this week) started the immersion. I think its better to follow the instructions i.e. listen to the dive then consecutively the immersions so it makes a total time 60 mins listening to both. I dont know what effect if at all it has if u do the immersion after a long break of sleep. You could listen both before going to sleep then u have your 60min session.
Good luck!

Hi guys!
I have a question on the sequence of listening to the tapes. It turns out I am listening to Dive before I fall asleep, then in the mornings, before I get out of bed I listen to Immersion. Is that still going to be effective? Do I need to listen to the CDs consecutively?
Thanks!

I have just started the awakening prologue and I am excited about the changes I hope to see soon. I am a student of pharmacy and since i have to study alot and most of the time cram stuff...chemistry, biology etc....i would really like to have a greater mental ability and be more successful in my exams. Ofcourse i am also taking action to achieve all this. Well one change i found was that I was quite active in the last seminar we had in university. I asked many questions where I did not undersand....and was overall mentally active! Are there some results anyone wants to share? That would be interesting!
Thx!
I'm glad to have found this group! I'm quite new here...
Blessed be!

no you can do it for longer, like listen to the dive and then immersion twice so you have an hour and a half of it.

Just listen to em both for now : )

I am starting my Dive/Immersion today but I don't know how long to listen to the pair. It says that after 4 weeks I can do Immersion twice. Do they mean twice a day and no Dive? I would appreciate some advice.
Thanks!
Blessed be!

Good to hear Delicia : )

I ordered my Awakening level 1 at the beggining of the week, I wanted to get it last month as I felt ready but didn't really have the money for it. I've been listening to awakening prologue since the middle of June so 5 months now. I've ordered my level 1 with the affirmations so I'm going to work on them this weekend, has anyone done their own affirmations out of interest?

Good morning, Co-Creators!
I just want to update you on my use with the CDs. Today is my 14th day listening to Dive. I feel good! I feel lighter, with a greater sense of peace. I am not freaking out (worrying) about things like I used to. I am working on "letting it go" and truly focusing on being happy and grateful. I find it MUCH easier and I think the daily use of the CDs has something to do with my new found peace. I also have the Paul McKenna weight loss CD but I haven't started that one yet.
I want to thank you all for your support and advice.
Blessed be!

you won't notice it straight away and it won't hit you all of a sudden its a slow gradual thing give it a few months and you will see how much you have changed. Good idea to keep a journal just to note how you are with it so you can look back on it when you think it isnt doing anything : )
