I do this every day now..at first I wasn't sure where was my heart......now he's bigger and bigger ! I just listen to him and allow him to be ....Amazing !

Louise Hay has a wonderful one called forgiveness and loving, the inner child, it clears the heart and sets you free , this is a cd that will change you and the way you look at life in a good way ,louise says we leave this planet with one thing ,our ability to forgive ,not our bank account or our car or house ,its hard to disagree with that ,i have tried a lot of cd and tapes and classes that open your heart but none that enter the subconscious mind and clears our hearts this way and it does not ware off ,its permanent changes you create , and if your not getting something in your life often this is where the problem is .just be ready to do some work ,Kevin

Hey Kevin......this really resonates with me........thanks for sharing it. I forgive others by picturing their inner child, reaching out and giving them a warm hug and telling them that everything will be ok.........I also tell myself that I attracted that particular person into my life and I take responsibility for that, I forgive myself and ask what is the blessing, what can I findout about myself from this person, because essentially they are only the messenger, mirroring behaviours or traits that are based on beliefs I have about myself.

Sally i just seen tour message today ,i was happy to see that this masterpiece from hay house resonates with you and i agree that our beliefs we have about ourselves can be reflected back to us ,asking ourselves what we believe about life was the biggest question , the answers are often not what we expect the first time i asked my self that question my answer was ,life is hard ,today when i ask it , the answer is life is easy filled with fun , happy ,filled with unlimited possibilities .kev
