YES... SO HAPPY TO READ THIS BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE WORKING ON CHAKRA CLEANSING, RECHARGING USING CRYSTALS AND ESSENTIAL OILS. I like to remember to align to principles.

when I'm scared ---- I aline to the principle of aliveness (engagement )

when I'm hungry for love, acceptance ---- I aline to the principle of play (play is aliveness through engagement with others, yourself, your book, your friends, ... flow )

when I'm trying to express myself and just don't feel heard ----- I aline to the principle of truth

Aligning to responsibility helps me create purpose and to live it out more fully. I think that test driving the one decision online and offline and keeping track here with all of you.... is a great idea. Engage, Play, Smile, Be open hearted !

I love Lynn's idea to PLAY when we feel that we have the need for Love or Acceptance. We are always loved and accepted and somehow the play will be an expression of our self-accepance of that fact! It does make us feel a bit vulnerable when we get in a playful mood (I know this from doing theatre and especially improvisation) but it brings out something magical in us!

I think that when we Play we ARE fully engaged in life, I only have to watch my 6-year old son playing to see that he is FULLY focused and in alignment when he is engaged in his play. And so when we play we cannot possibly be worrying or feeling any "lack." I get it!!!

A wonderful insight Lynn, I hope I can come up with some of my own. :)

I love the idea that PERCEPTION IS PROJECTION - You cannot see anything outside of yourself that is not within you already.

While sometimes this concept frustrates me, I really love it because I know that I am being given a chance to look within with every encounter I have - and I can choose who I show up as.
