How you begin your morning can make a huge impact on your day-to-day experience. I am not speaking about what we already know - eat your breakfast - but the thoughts you allow yourself to think are a huge factor in the success of your day.
Beginning each morning with thoughts of gratitude before leaving your bed is one of my favorite techniques for setting the tone, followed by deep breathing relaxation and affirmations.
