Okay here we go - at 67 the word antiaging kinda gets me going. My friend Toni shared a project she is involved with called the spirituality of aging. I wonder what you think?

Transformational Goals for 30 Days!

Walk 10,000 steps per day, drink 10 glasses of water, eat more fruits and veggies, create multiple streams of income and continue meditating for peace and prosperity around the planet.

Hi everyone, I love the energy of this group. Thanks Kelly for creating this group, I feel that I can achieve my goals of being healthier and fit here. 

 

My Intentions for the next 30 days 

 

1) Weigh 120 lbs

2) Eat small portions 

3) Eat the foods that will excite my cells and give me energy

4) Snack on something healthy every 3 hours

 

5) Take care of my skin

6) Pamper myself

7) Dress nicely

8) Put on jewelry and do my nails more often

9) Feel and look beautiful 

10) Be more organized 

 

I have the ability and power to achieve all of my 10 intentions. I am the creator of my desires. This is easy for me.

Happy first day of Transforming our lives!

Today I am at our cabin for a few days or R&R with my family.  It is a beautiful day here and I am soon off for a beautiful run in the woods and to my favourite lake lookouts. I am truly living my dream:)

I created a vision-board a few days ago and thought I would post it here I added myself to it to put myself into it.  I am just finishing a health, nutrition and safety course and one of my projects was to make a slide show on healthy fruits and vegetables and to take a picture of myself at the grocery store so I am standing my the veggies in my vision-board and eating healthy and clean is one my intentions for my life.

I love your vision board 110alltheway.

So far today was a success.
For exercise: I walk to work and back everday, Except for days when I'm late. Today, I walked for a total of 40 mins. Plus, at work, I'm up and down most of the day.

Food: I had a cereal for breakfast at 9am, a yogurt for snack at 12pm, Lunch @ 3pm, and dinner at 6pm. I'm doing great eating every 3 hours. I ate small portions and healthy for today.
