Organic long grain brown rice. After my forth time cooking this, it consistently takes a much longer (2x) cooking time and more water (1/3 - 1/5 more), compared to regular, nonorganic and/or short grain rice. It seems pressure cooking it is best. Else, cook the rice with a lid cover throughout the whole time.

I gave up on organic long grain brown rice. I have tried steaming in my steamer and cooking on the stove - came out gooey.
