Ok, This is it! It is time to Wear Your Body like you own it, not like it owns you.."

I promise to give to the group a way to create positive change using the law of attraction in combination with strategic physical action.

I will do this by...
posting useful information about how you can turn your body into a the body of your dreams.
Providing a way for members to share their own expert advise and food ideas that are healthy.
Providing posting healthy snacks and recipes and more.

It is the smart trend of 2009. The world is changing and so are people's thoughts about the future.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

Increase your momentum with the help of others.

Gives us a way to change the world by giving something positive and life changing to people.

I invite you to join me, to give support through action, today!

My mission is to have 1000 people, by February 2nd, join and network together to manifest positive change in the physical and financial health of each other, using a proven model and a 90 day physical fitness plan.

I am determined to reach my goal of 1000 members. But I cannot do it without you!

If you, the members of this group, will invite all of the people you possibly can I will work everyday to bring you valuable information, to help you achieve all of your personal fitness goals.

This mission is very possible!

My wife and I have our own personal transformation stories, we want to hear yours too.

To Get Started With 90 Day Challenge!

The 90 challenge to get in the best shape of your life starts February 2nd.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Set your overall goals for the days after you complete the challenge (Write them down and/or place pictures of those goals in a place where you can be reminded everyday of what your intentions are.
a. What do you want to do
b. How do you want to look
c. Where do you want to go
d. Who do you want to see

2. Choose a fitness plan that works and use it.
a. One that is designed to help you achieve maximum results in 90 days.
b. One that is designed for your current fitness level.
c. One that can fit into your daily schedule
