so , lately I bought some of her meditation and I really loved it ! and the price is so cheap !

Which has lots of different online "rooms" - basically images with soothing music - to focus on during your meditation.
Remember there's no right or wrong way of doing it and a good way to start is simply to be mindful of your breathing? Don't criticise yourself for not doing it either, just see it as another relaxing thing to do, like having a cup of tea, or chatting to a friend - NOT a regime you have to keep up.
I now look forward to meditation as a "treat" - a blissful break in the day, rather than something I "have to" or "should" be doing - hope you find this too :)
