DAY 65…OMG OVER HALF WAY

Hey Guys,“Having a backbone is admirable – but don’t forget your neck sticks out one end”…and did I get chopped down to size!!!Well I went through a huge patch of burn out and injury cause I went too hard too fast…don’t think that I put my weight back on…don’t actually think I lost ‘weight’ per say…I haven’t increased in size…thank goodness.However this whole process did make me look at this 100 Day Challenge with a different set of eyes. Day 38 - Almost half way

Hi Guys...."In general, mankind, since the improvement of cookery, eat twice as much as nature requires!".I have chosen this pinnacle day as it is also the birthday of my beautiful niece whom I adore sooo much. She has given me soo much inspirational in a womanly fashion and she's only 12 (today!). Quarter Mark!!!! 25th DAY.

Hi Guys......"It is human to think wisely and to act in an absurd fashion!".I totally agree with this quote because my mind and focus is on the challenge, however my actions have been a bit wayside as of late. Day 8

Hi Guys,Im up to day 8 of my challenge and going absolutely awesome! I didn't eat anything unhealthy during this phase and going to use those moments as rewards during this phase.Im commencing my one on one personal training with Jim Petropoulos at Eternal Fitness...check it out on google guys...he's great! He takes me for my group fitness sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. So Im definately utilising him for Monday and Friday to sorta complete my cardio regime for the whole week. Lets…See More
