I'm using some affirmations that I read on Louise Hay site:
I can feel good about myself.
I can make positive changes in my life.
I can (my goal).
I can do it!
I do this affirmations 2 or more times a day, in front of a mirror.
I did that last year, in October and November, and the goal was achieved.
I confess that when I achieved the goal, I forgot to continue doing this... so, I'm doing that in this season again!
