- I am a proud Indigenous woman born and raised in Kempsey from the Dunghutti nation, I take great pride in my Aboriginal heritage and feel blessed to know who I am and where I come from! I am a mother, to two beautiful children.
My works aim is to educate, demonstrate and advocate the impact of domestic, family and community violence to Indigenous women. I also lecture at the University of Technology Sydney and volunteer at the local Aboriginal Community radio station 93.7FM Koori Radio.
I enjoy life, I take nothing for granted, I take each day step by step.

Hello everyone,
Here's hoping you have all had a great start to the New Year! My birthday was NYE and I had a quiet one at home, which I am very grateful for, because I was then able to get up the next day and spend the day at the beach with my family! It was a beautiful start to the new year.

Hello one and all,
I write this blog full of love, food and gratefulness for a wonderful Christmas, I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas where ever you may be! I am in Sydney Australia and it was a glorious day filled with family, food, and presents!

Hello Everyone,
Wow, what a wonderful 4 days I have had thus far! I am amazed at how I am now able to shift my thought process, when I feel myself dwelling on negative thoughts ... I now find myself catching myself and say no no no, lets shift your intention to positive!
