This week has been a jumble of cancelled social events and weird working hours with a dash of emotional turmoil. I'm not sure my CCOR challenge has got off to a great start as I couldn't download the mp3 that was supposed to tell me how to get started. I'm not pleased with either of my computers. Did some meditating. During one session when I know I didn't fall asleep once I kept getting upset and crying. Getting started is always the hardest part. Today has been frustrating and productive in turn. There's been tears, disappointments and too much chocolate, but somehow I feel more resilient. I am so ready for the next phase of my life.

My name is Christa Ryan and I have a home-based business with a swiss-formulated, botanically-based skin-care, health and wellness company called Arbonne International.
I work full time for a financial planning company but I wanted some balance and financial security which is why I started my home based business. I am married and we have two teenage daughters and I want to be more present in my family's lives.
