If you say the words out loud you give them energy. Isn't that what this Law of Attraction thingy is all about?ENERGY. Also the words "I AM" are real important...I will make reference to this. If you have the book "The Secret" go to page 168. It talks about "I AM".
Quote: When you say "I am", the words that follow are summoning creation with a mighty force, becasue you are declaring it to be fact. You are stating it with certainty.
CARRIE, I tried to be more aware of when I said those words. It was amazing. When I became more aware I actually was having a hard time sending emails. I had to re-write them over more than once to get them right. Try it...Try being more aware of how offten you say "I AM" and how you use it.
Funny Story: One day I was talking to myself...yes...giggle I do that every now and then. I did something foolish while doing a project and I said out loud to my self "I am so stupid" Well I caught myself. WOW WEEE I was so surprised at how offten I do that.
