I am a jewelry designer and wannabe-raw foodist. My favorite food in the whole wide world is the simple avocado (with a dash of sea salt). Or even an avocado mixed with some tomato, chopped onions, and spinach....divine!!! I know the benefits of raw food, yet I still succumb to the seductive call of chocolate. :) LOL!
I also love to dance! I get totally mesmerized when watching any type of ballroom dance show, like the pro national competitions, or Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance. Woo!
Season:
Season 1

Oh I have been SooOOooOo busy with work and my NEW man! I really think I found my soul mate...it's unreal. We have just been enjoying each other so much that I have not even made any videos or anything but I have been remembering to be grateful for everything and I am VERY grateful. I attracted this amazing man into my life and it just takes my breath away. :) How have you been???
Hello Cheryl....I'm new here and am just wondering how people are doing with this challenge. I hope you attract everything you desire!!
By applying the Law of Attraction in my life, I attracted an incredible opportunity and community of people dedicated to helping others and making a difference. Feel free to visit my website via the link below if this resonates with you. :)
Hi Cheryl, It will be my pleasure to give you some tips on the Raw eating and I can also give you a few sites where you can get help. One of they is give it to me raw and it is a social network like this one with Raw People helping one another. Another good site is VegSource.com and go to Raw & Sports by Dr. Doug Graham, very, very helpful. Hope this helps for now if I think of any other I'll let you know. Have a peaceful night. ~Sonia
Well yes I have been thinking about my truth and I would say I know how best I do it, it's just the 'fears' kick in and I come to a griding halt, but at least you gave me some food for thought and now I just need to embrace the challenge of facing my fears.
I am reading "The Power is Within You" by Louise Hay and I love it, and so far after about three chapters I am loving it and learning so much (and being reminded of other stuff I have learn't over the years).
Thanks for posting that video, I watched it and it literally gave me some food for thought, it gave me a different way of looking at food.
I completely agree with what you said about finding your own light "What do you do that makes others sit up and notice your light? I guess some people would say that whatever it is, it's your area of excellence. Like Tiger Woods or Fantasia or Oprah or Obama. I guess it's more than just what you're good at, but what/how you tell YOUR truth. Hmmmm...food for thought! I'm going to think about that tomorrow when I'm at work and when I'm exercising...it's something I think about how it is that I want to express my truth...cause too often I get held back by my own fears, which is no doubt why I am here on this site to explore further....Susan Jeffers wrote a book called "Feel the Fear and do it anyway", I'll have to dig it out of my cupboard and read it.
Wow I was really interested to hear that sugar causes you to have snarky days, I had been thinking about that a bit myself and wondered if the sugar I am constantly consuming is affecting me....as I have this terrible addiction to sugar, so basically for this challenge I chose not to have lollies/chocolates in my fridge (although I stil lhave some ice-cream in the freezer..(I don't want to appear perfect hahaha) I just to try and eat more raw foods and not so much processed foods....I found that for myself that eating the non-processed foods has worked wonders and then I went and buckled the other day and nibbled on chocolates and I too woke up feeling like i had a bad hangover the next day....I guess your body doesn't lie when it's telling you something.... I think I'll have to join you and do the vision board of fruit and vegies too :)
I've kept on track with my journey so far, so that's a bonus, with a little success will come a lot more success so I am not too worried that little speed bumps presents themselves here and there.....it's all good...
Glad to hear you are enjoying your readings...
Take care and enjoy
